Doglympics
Grab your dog and go for the gold at Doglando Foundation’s 3rd Annual Doglympics on November 5 & 6 from 9a – 4p at Avalon Park in Orlando. Any size, any breed, any shape dog can compete in companion events like wiener dog races, mutt races, longest stay, Luciano Pavarotti Commemorative Sing-Off, agility, ball toss, etc.
Not competitive? No problem. Come out to see the fly ball, disc, and hunting demonstrations, shop at our wonderful vendors, grab lunch at a food truck or visit our beer garden.
The purpose of this event is to showcase all aspects of the dog-human relationship in order to educate pet parents on the original purpose of their dog’s breed. Our goal is to show various dog sports and jobs for dogs, in one annual event.
By doing this, dog parents will have a better understanding of their dogs, their dog’s behaviors, energy level, intelligence and as a result, will improve the human-dog bond.
We will also have an area dedicated to rescue groups to education attendees that regardless of their desired breed of dog, they are available through an animal rescue.
This event is free and is open to the general public. There will be a small charge for the companion events.
